Will compressing lose quality?
Barely. We try both lossy and lossless encoding and keep whichever produces the smaller file, so flat graphics stay pixel-perfect while photos get the big savings. If nothing beats your original, we hand the original back untouched.
Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. Image compression runs entirely inside your browser using WebAssembly. Your files are never sent to a server.
How many images can I compress at once?
As many as you like. There is no file count or size limit because the work happens on your own machine.
